Resolved For those who say they cannot download extensions

After registering as a free or paid user and completing checkout you must log in to your newly created account. Immediately after you log in you will be taken to the downloads page.

Hello Skif, Sorry for your troubles. We had some problems with our subscription system last week and after uninstalling it and reinstalling/reconfiguring it is now working correctly. The ACL that assigns download category based on your subscription wasn't working correctly and it is now fixed. I am going to email you your files.

I did that but all time is reciving messahe:

What am i doing wrong?
PS: I tried Sign out and Sign in again - nothing.
