Resolved Apostrophes in Encouragement being escaped

Hi,

Still testing this extension and I noticed that if I have a message with an apostrophe and save it, three slashes - \\\ - appear in front of it. I'm using JCE Editor for my client's WYSIWYG editor. The problem happens even if I toggle the editor to turn it off. Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. The site is Joomla 3.3.6 and we installed the free version of Encouragement to try it out. We ended up switching to another solution when we discovered that we couldn't edit the usergroups in Encouragement's saved emails (I had planned on creating sample announcement emails and the client was going to use them from time to time, sending emails to different usergroups.) However, I appreciate the response and your willingness to address the issue.

Hello Chris, Please let me know what version of encouragement you're using (J!2.5 or J!3.x) and free or pro? As soon as I have this info I will check this problem out for you and find an immediate fix.
