Resolved Questions about languages

Please indicate how I could change the language ?.
In the installation files are different languages .ini files, but can not be installed by the installer of joomla.
I tried to copy folders via ftp component, but does not change the language.

Hello, you need to FTP the language file you want to use into your /languages folder in site and administrator and then set your Joomla's language from the Global Configuration
